If you move address please contact your GP / Hospital / Cervical Check directly to inform them of your new address as this does not happen automatically when you update in one location.
Please ensure to respond to all Hospital out-patient waiting-list texts / letters re appointments as the hospital will remove you from their waiting list if they do not hear back from you.
You then have to start the referral process all over again to get back on this list.
