Child Immunisations / Vaccinations
- Primary Vaccination Schedule – Vaccination schedule for 2-13 months, these vaccinations are provided free at Main Street Clinic
- HSE: Primary childhood immunisation schedule
Child Health: Common Conditions
- Cough (HSE)
- Common Illnesses (HSE)
Development Check
Every child gets free health and development checks from 0 to 5 years:
- Immediately after the birth – newborn clinicial examination
- During their first week at home with you
- 2 to 6 weeks after the birth – visit to GP
- At regular intervals up to 6 months
- 2 months – first vaccine
- 3 months developmental assessment
- 4 months – 2nd visit for vaccines
- 6 months: 3rd round of vaccines
- 9 to 11 months: Baby’s physical, social and behavioural development
- 4th & 5th round of vaccines
- 21 to 24 month developmental check
- 46 to 48 months health and development check
- 4-5 years (as school in junior infants)
